“There’s so much to say but two things come to mind. Continue to emphasize customer service. There’s always room for improvement. And use your instincts. This will help when it comes to making decisions from anything to choosing new products to upgrading our technology.”

“I hope the future generation remembers that we are here to serve and to help our community. Our customers are our livelihood and it’s important to make sure they always feel taken care of. I also hope the next generation can keep our small town, local feeling unlike the other corporate pharmacies out there”
